Asia Maritime Pacific Limited (‘AMP’ or ‘Company’) is an owner and operator of small dry bulk vessels (“minibulkers”). The Company is headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Shanghai and London. The Company targets to become the largest Asian pure play in the minibulker shipping segment. It has secured 18 vessels, including 17 vessels on order with deliveries from March 2008 to May 2010. The Company will be capitalized at US$ 75 million through a mixture of founder’s equity and new investors.
